What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation 60 days, or more, prior to the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation 31 - 59 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund and no refund will be issued if canceled within the 30 days prior to the event date.

What services does Cocktail Caravan provide?

Cocktail Caravan offers a full-service mobile bar experience, including expert bartenders, top-shelf alcohol, a variety of beverages, and all necessary equipment. We handle the setup and teardown, ensuring a seamless experience for your event.

What is included in the bar packages?

Each bar package includes disposable cupware, a selection of sodas and juices, specialty ingredients for custom cocktails, a bartender toolkit, and 2 pounds of ice per person. Our packages are designed to provide everything you need for a fantastic bar experience.

Can we customize the drink menu?

Absolutely! We work with you to create a custom drink menu tailored to your event and preferences. Whether you want classic cocktails, unique creations, or non-alcoholic options, we’ve got you covered.

Do you provide the alcohol, or can we supply our own?

We offer both options. Cocktail Caravan can provide top-shelf alcohol as part of our packages, or you can supply your own if you prefer. We’ll work with you to ensure all your beverage needs are met.

How far in advance should we book Cocktail Caravan for our event?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak event seasons. Currently, we are accepting bookings for 2025 with an early bird discount for dates booked by December 31, 2023.

What areas do you serve?

Cocktail Caravan primarily serves Regina], but we’re happy to travel to other locations for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your event location.

How does setup and teardown work?

Our team handles all aspects of setup and teardown, including bringing and setting up the bar, equipment, and supplies. After the event, we take care of packing everything up, so you can enjoy your event without any hassle.

What are the payment terms and cancellation policy?

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the event. Our cancellation policy includes a full refund of the deposit if canceled more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
